GIVING FAQ

IS MY INFORMATION SECURE?

Yes. The security of the system is continually managed by our online provider, Fellowship One. For more information on Fellowship One's security click on this link: http://www.activenetwork.com/information/security

ARE THERE FEES INVOLVED IN ONLINE GIVING?

There are no fees for you to give online.

CAN I REVIEW MY DONATION HISTORY ONLINE?

Yes. The site will allow you to view the complete history of your contributions. All official contributions will be available within 30 days after the close of the previous month. An official annual statement showing all of your giving for the year is mailed in January.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY DONATION HISTORY TO POST ONLINE?

All official contributions will be available within 30 days after the close of the previous month. You will be able to review your gifts in the "Giving" section of the website.

WHAT OPTIONS DO I HAVE FOR THE FREQUENCY OF MY RECURRING GIFT?

For recurring gifts, you have the option of giving weekly, monthly, twice a month or every two weeks.

CAN I CHANGE MY PERSONAL INFORMATION OR GIVING FREQUENCY?

Yes. You can change or cancel your contribution at any time before the date of your next contribution. Simply log in to the system using your user name and password and make the necessary changes under the "Schedules" tab on the Giving page.

WILL I RECEIVE CONTRIBUTION STATEMENTS FROM THE CHURCH?

You will receive an official printed contribution statement mailed to your postal address in January, showing all of your donations for the prior year. The online system will provide you with a point in time donation view of your donations within the given year or past year.

HOW WILL I KNOW I SET UP MY GIFT CORRECTLY?

Immediately after submitting your contribution, you will receive an e-mail verifying your contribution.

DOES IT MATTER WHICH INTERNET BROWSER I USE?

No. Any modern browser should work.

CAN I USE A DEBIT CARD?

Yes, debit cards from your bank bearing a Visa or MasterCard logo may be used and will directly debit from your bank account. We cannot, however, process debit cards which require the use of a Personal Identification Number (PIN).
