Behold, the Lord's hand is not shortened, that it cannot save; neither his ear heavy, that it cannot hear: But your iniquities have separated between you and your God, and your sins have hid his face from you, that he will not hear. For your hands are defiled with blood, and your fingers with iniquity; your lips have spoken lies, your tongue hath muttered perverseness. None calleth for justice, nor any pleadeth for truth: they trust in vanity, and speak lies; they conceive mischief, and bring forth iniquity. (Isaiah 59:1-4)

There is nobody that God can’t reach. No one has gone too far, and no one is beyond His help.
Sometimes, when we have inside information about someone’s sins and faults, we think they’re too far gone for God to reach them. It may seem that some people are like those in Sodom and Gomorrah. Yet, even there, God listened to someone who was willing to stand in the gap for the people. That’s why God has connected you with them. You have a responsibility to pray for people who seem to be the furthest away from God.
In Isaiah 59:1-4, God said that none calleth for justice. The word justice means the verdict. God was looking for people who would declare what His Word says over people. God was searching for believers who would stand in the gap and intercede on behalf of those who seemed far away. When you declare God’s Word over people, His law, His plan, and His desires will come to pass.
Don’t listen to the negative reports of the media or the doubtful declarations of those who don’t believe. Your job is to pray what God’s Word says and to believe those lost ones will be saved before you see the evidence of it. See with God’s eyes and pray with God’s heart.Nobody is beyond the reach of the mighty hand of God, but He assigned believers to pray to invite Him into situations.
Practical Application
Who have you thought was too far gone for God to reach? Ask the Lord to guide your words and raise your expectation of what God can do for that individual.
